Tales in the Hall of Fire: 

'Gandalf & the Balrog'.

 

Wednesday 30th July at Sambogaya, Dod Lane, Glastonbury. 7-9 pm.

Doors open at 6.30 pm.

£10 on the door.

Tales by the fireside play a large role in this myth, from the homely fireside in Bag End, to the Hall of Fire in Rivendell, to the Cottage of Lost Play on the Lonely Isle. We invite you to an intimate evening of storytelling and discussion as we consider the epic confrontation between Gandalf and the Balrog, led by J.R. Petre.
